SHALLOW is a coming-of-age short that explores the complex struggle that adolescent men have with expressing their emotions in a healthy way, even amongst their closest friends. With a surrealistic climax and bittersweet resolution, it challenges the viewer to question their own role in normalizing healthy masculine friendships and de-stigmatizing platonic intimacy.
